The Amara District
The new Amara district is situated on the edge of the resort, close to La Falaise district. It comprises five residences and a beautiful Spa featuring a huge heated swimming pool. The architects of this superb resort destination are Jacques Labro, the original architect for the resort, Christian Rey-Grange and Simon Cloutier.
Together these 3 visionaries have created 5 residences fully consistent with the architecture of Avoriaz. Every detail has been considered in the staggered rooftops which help to keep them snow covered, and the insulating renderings to keep the heat in. These beautiful structures, with their stone and red cedar facades also offer stepped balconies, with large windows, looking out over the Morzine Valley. The unique location and design of these buildings mean each gets the maximum amount of sunshine.
Luxury Residences
Internally the residences offer very spacious volumes, with South / South-West-facing balconies. The decor and the furniture has been specially designed for this project. Each of the residences offer high quality serives and also include a heated ski store for each residence.
The Amara Spa
On top of all the great facilities in each residence the new Amara district boasts one of the largest Spas in the Northern Alps. The spa can be accessed directly from each apartment via covered walkways and offers a number of luxurious spa treatments to help relieve the bumps picked up on the piste.
