- All investors will automatically qualify for entry into this Melia management rental scheme
- The Rental Scheme ensures a consistent level of return for all investors
- All rental profit generated by the Hotel properties is pooled together
- 50% of this profit is distributed to investors in a proportionate, fair and equitable way
- That means that no matter what the occupancy performance of your individual Suite, everyone will receive a proportionate return based on the Hotel performance.
- The rental scheme is guaranteed for a minimum of 15 years.

We are delighted to make available Inspiration Tours to Cape Verde. Flying to the International Airport on the Island of Sal you will be able to view some of the best beaches in the world, the site where Llana Beach Hotel will be situated, the surrounding area and a chance to sample the lifestyle of this up and coming piece of paradise. The tour itinerary includes flights, transfers, hotels, meals and guide. The tour is only available to book once a reservation has been made.
1 Week 'All Inclusive' Trip
- Flights are typically from Gatwick Airport on Mondays (although flights are available from Manchester and Birmingham)
- Flights, accommodation, transfers, site visit, food and beverage taken care of.
- Dedicated 'On Island' inspection team
The Terms and Conditions
- A £750 contribution fee for the 1 week trip is required (paid before travel)**
- The remaining is subsidised by The Resort Group
- The £750 must be paid at the point of reservation, this is in addition to the reservation fee, for example;
€2,000 / 1.25 (or relevant promotional rate) = £1600 (to reserve property) + £750 for 1 week inspection trip (per person)
**Clients must attend full tour as per itinerary.
SIPP clients must pay 100% of trip costs to comply with HMRC (no subsidy)
