All of the St Kitts real estate projects available through Select Resorts are approved projects of the Economic Citizenship by Investment Programme of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis provided for in the Citizenship Act 1984.
Purchasers who currently make a minimum investment of US$400,000 in St Kitts real estate will be entitled to apply for St Kitts Citizenship.
It is the oldest program of its kind. In 2009 the government of St Kitts and Nevis successfully signed a treaty with the European Union, which allows passport holders to travel freely throughout Europe to all 27 Schengen countries, in addition to most countries of the British Commonwealth.
Becoming a citizen of St Kitts and Nevis brings many benefits for you and your family. The island offers a generous tax regime, including no wealth, gift, inheritance or capital gains tax. There is no personal income tax and there are also no restrictions on the movement of profits and imported capital.
Please Note : Foreign Nationals wishing to buy real estate in St Kitts & Nevis may do so without having to obtain Economic Citizenship. The Economic Citizenship Programme is only for those individuals who specifically want a passport and full voting rights.
Amenities
The amenities at this St Kitts Real Estate resort rival those found at a world-class hotel, yet owners are able to experience all this while still being nestled into the hillside overlooking North Frigate Bay. Resort amenities include;
Beachfront Clubhouse
A spacious beachfront clubhouse with open-plan restaurant and poolside bar will be located in the centre of the resort fronting the beach with 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. A separate suite will be located behind the Restaurant to cater for special events.
The Clubhouse, with a restaurant on the ground floor, will be centrally located, for guests’ convenience. The Beach Club menu will offer a delicious array of fresh entrees prepared with local ingredients
Health and Fitness Centre
The recreation centre will offer a convenience store and a small gym. Two all-weather, floodlit tennis courts will be located adjacent to the recreation centre.
Swimming Pool
The spectacular, outdoor pool will allow own.ers to gaze out across the horizon at North Frigate Bay, where the Carribean landscape fills the sky.
Beach
The stunning white sand and the crystal waters of the beach make for the most relaxing environment, the perfect way to watch a day go by. Whilst on the beach why not visit the Shiggidy Shack, the famous beach bar to try one of the most desired caribbean cocktails.
Golf
The Royal St Kitts 18-hole championship course, near Frigate Bay, was designed by five-time British Open Champion Peter Thompson and a redesign by famed Canadian architect Thomas McBroom was completed in 2004.
The par 71, 6,900 yard course offers golfers 125 acres with two full holes on the Caribbean Sea and three on the atlantic Ocean. There are 12 lakes and no fewer than 83 bunkers to negotiate and there are also practice bunkers, putting greens, a short-game chipping area and a driving range.
Nevis has its own internationally ranked 18-hole championship course, the Four Seasons. Designed by Robert Trent Jones II, it offers professional, challenging terrain and spectacular panoramic views.
The stunning white sands and crystal waters make this the perfect place to completely relax, and why not visit the Shiggidy Shack, the resorts very own beach bar, to have one of the most desired caribbean cocktails.
