Part of the resort is also a stretch of beautiful sandy beach, where nearby additional facilities are available at the Beach Club such as a bar and beach facilities. There is courtesy transport provided to the beach during the main season for residents and owners (June - September).

The Vila Sol has excellent facilities including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, a fully equipped gymnasium, 24 hour room service, children's facilities and a 400 space car park. The Spa and health facilities in the hotel offers guests complete relaxation and a wide range of soothing therapies. The resort has a 27 hole golf course which is of natural design and follows the wide valley and is split into three loops with three levels of difficulty including prime, challenging and prestige.
The resort offers two gourmet restaurants, L’Olive Gourmet and The Green Pines, with one situated on the first floor of the hotel looking over the lush green golf courses and stunning waterfalls and lakes that surround the resort. The communal outdoor pool has a pool bar and restaurant.
It also has two elegant bars, Mulligans Bar and Prime Bar, offering a wide variety of beverages. One of them being a golf bar situated on the first floor overlooking the golf courses. This bar offers light snacks until 6pm - the bar is open til 1am. This bar is equipped with two large plasma screens for sporting events.
The hotel is adjacent to the golf clubhouse and is designed with a central area, which is surrounded by ten clusters of rooms and suites, blending into the natural Vila Sol environment. All are linked by footpaths which wind their way around the lakes and gardens.
