This villa offers all the convenience of being located within the famous La Manga Club resort, but also provides a peaceful and private retreat. If you feel like going out, the beautiful Murcia region is on your doorstep with sandy beaches, water sports, festivals, cultural tours, restaurants and spas to enjoy. If you feel like staying in, the villa includes a sauna, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet access, and a games room with a pool/snooker table and table tennis.

With a fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, and microwave, you have the option to self-cater, or simply treat yourself to a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants that are all within a ten minute walk. All accommodation in this villa is on one level, except for the fourth bedroom which is on the semi/basement level. This gives the home, which can easily accommodate eight people, an airy and spacious feel. It is perfect for a large family, or sharing with friends. Soak in the holiday feeling with the freedom and comfort of this expansive villa.

Las Brisas is an attractive development containing a selection of deluxe townhouses and individual villas. Each of the three groups of townhouses is built around a community pool and the complex has a peaceful, tranquil feel to it. The townhouses provide two, three and four-bed rental accommodation and are great for families that want to enjoy a relaxing holiday or are keen to explore the walking and biking trails of the surrounding countryside. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens, some of the townhouses at Las Brisas feature their own private pool. Each property has its own roof terrace and barbecue area and guests have use of two additional shared pools.

Staying in La Manga Club

La Manga Club is situated in the unspoilt south eastern corner of Spain in the region of Murcia. This southern end of the Costa Blanca, known as the Costa Calida, the Warm Coast, has one of the lowest rainfalls in Europe and basks in more than 3000 hours of sunshine each year.
