The Las Brisas property is set within a quiet residential community, ideal for families wanting a peaceful atmosphere during their getaway. Many baby facilities are included such as a travel cot, high chair, buggy, bedding, play mat, baby cup, spoon and bowl, and even a sterilizer, which saves you the inconvenience of having to bring or rent these items. The living area has a cosy fireplace and a collection of books and DVDs to keep everyone entertained. Nearby are all of the facilities of La Manga Club, including a children’s pool and children’s facilities.

Although the property is baby friendly, this townhouse is also sophisticated and stylish for the adults, with gorgeous marble floors throughout. The main bedroom has a Juliette balcony which overlooks the garden and the pool and a newly renovated luxury bathroom.

Walk to the beach, go for a swim in the pool, or simply sit back and relax... you will feel at home here in this beautiful holiday accommodation.

Las Brisas is an attractive development containing a selection of deluxe townhouses and individual villas. Each of the three groups of townhouses is built around a community pool and the complex has a peaceful, tranquil feel to it. The townhouses provide two, three and four-bed rental accommodation and are great for families that want to enjoy a relaxing holiday or are keen to explore the walking and biking trails of the surrounding countryside. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens, some of the townhouses at Las Brisas feature their own private pool. Each property has its own roof terrace and barbecue area and guests have use of two additional shared pools.
