This two bedroom first floor apartment overlooks the Bellaluz Square. This lively village square is a thriving communal area of La Manga Club, with cute boutiques, stylish shops, a bank, a pharmacy and many chic restaurants and bars. Everything that you might require for your day to day needs is right outside your door. During the summertime, the square hosts lots of great live entertainment, and you will have the perfect seat on your own balcony.

You will also be located right next to one of the largest swimming pools at the La Manga Club Resort which even features a summertime poolside bar. If you want to get active, you can play a friendly game of tennis at the La Manga Tennis Centre which is only a 10 minute walk away.

• Two balconies, each with furniture and one overlooking Bellaluz Square for great views of live summer entertainment.
• The other balcony looks towards the garden area and the Mar Menor and features a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
• Guests of Bellaluz have exclusive access to the secure gated swimming pools, as well as the other features of the resort including the gym, spa, tennis courts, restaurants, children’s club and crèche.

• €50 cash deposit (payable to the Management Company) is required to obtain a pool card to use the communal pool at Bellaluz.

• A damage deposit is required at balance payment – refunded after departure from the property
• Cots and high chairs, extra beds, extra maid service and food packs can be arranged – prices on request
