The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, and a collection of games and DVDs, and its airy open plan design brings the freshness of the outdoors in.

However, if you want to join in on the action, there is live music and entertainment three times a week during the summer months at Bellaluz Square which is only a short walk away. Other resort facilities which are nearby include a large swimming pool, children’s play area, supermarket, shops and restaurants.

There are blinds so that you can keep the sun out of the house when you want to stay cool.
There is a modem and wireless internet access throughout the apartment.
The wide patio doors both open so that you can enjoy a panoramic view of the green wilderness right outside the back of the property.

Guests of the villa have access to the communal swimming pool within the Bellaluz community.
The dining area has a door which leads out to a small balcony, which overlooks the hills and gardens below.
The balcony also has patio furniture for outdoor dining.

€50 cash deposit (payable to the Management Company) is required to obtain a pool card to use to communal pool at Bellaluz.
