1) All apartments are well equipped and include linen and towels (except beach towels). All properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished to owners' individual taste.
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in cots) unless previously arranged. Charges apply as follows:- Extra bed price on request
2) Food packs, cots and high chairs can be arranged. Prices on request.
3) Arrival days are normally Saturdays and Thursdays during premium, peak and high seasons.
4) Check in times are after 16.00 hours and check out by 10.00am.
5) Maid service daily except weekends and public holidays. Maid Service is one hour per visit for one and two bedrooms, 1 1/2 hours for 3 and 4 bedrooms. Daily maid service does not include cleaning of barbecues or washing up. Extra maid service can be arranged.
6) Linen and towels changed twice a week during Premium, Peak and High periods and once a week during Mid and Low periods. .
7) No pets allowed inside these properties.
8) A deposit against damages is taken as follows; 2 bed; £300, 3 bed; £350.
9) We strongly recommend that holiday insurance be taken out.
