Molino is an ancient 3 bedroom water mill whose origins date back to the 12th century, the same time that the stunning abbey nearby was built, just half a kilometre away.
Past the abbey, a private white road through woodland leads to Molino. This ancient water mill was entirely rebuilt in 1606 in local stone. It was then entirely renovated the highest standards and converted into a house in 1998, respecting its original structure. It is totally independent and stands next to a little river with a charming stone bridge right next to the house. Located in a picturesque valley the house is surrounded by about 5 hectares of land planted with fruit trees, olive trees, some vineyards, woods and many aromatic plants.
