They are ancient properties steeped in history whose origins date back to 970. Gambassi is surrounded by beautiful countryside with several acres of oak forest. The properties have been completely renovated and nothing has been spared to re-create the atmosphere of elegance it once lived. The apartment buildings were originally barns and accommodation for those working in the estate. All apartments are spacious with terracotta floors and beamed or vaulted ceilings. They all have their own private space to eat outside.

Scuola (sleeps 6 + 2 – 120 sqm - 2 levels): living room with 2 single sofa beds, kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), 3 double bedrooms with 3 en-suite shower rooms. Private space to eat outside.
Guardia (sleeps 5+1 - 85 sqm - ground floor): living/dining room with single sofa bed, kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), 2 twins, 1 single bedroom and 2 shower rooms. Private garden with pergola.
Caccia (Sleeps 4 +2 – 120 sqm -ground floor): Living/dining room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen corner (oven, fridge, cooker, dishwasher), 2 twins and 2 shower rooms. Private covered loggia with view.
Castagnetta (Sleeps 4 +2 – 110 sqm - ground floor): living/dining room with fireplace and 2 single sofa bed, kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), 2 twins and 2 shower rooms. Private garden.
Poggio (Sleeps 4+2 – 65 sqm - upper ground floor): living room with double sofa bed, kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), 2 twins and 2 shower rooms. Private space to eat outside.
Laghetto (Sleep 4+2 – 65 sqm - on 2 levels): Living room with double sofa bed, kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher), 2 twins and 2 shower rooms. Private terrace.

Forno (Sleeps 2+1- 50 sqm - ground floor): living room with sofa bed, kitchen corner (cooker, oven and fridge), 1 twin and 1 shower room. Private terrace.

Coppo (Sleeps 2 – 43 sqm - Ground floor): living room, kitchen corner (cooker, oven and fridge), 1 double and 1 shower room. Private space outside.
