Chateaux Mango 3 Bedroom Villa
If you are looking for a luxurious three bedroom villa to spoil your family on vacation or for a group of friends or even a business gathering, the Chateaux Mango villas provide the ideal setting with over 3,500sq ft of living space. These villas are finished with beautiful exterior coral rendering and an entrance fountain which welcomes guests to a lavish holiday home.
Our premium units are the Chateaux Mango Beachfront villas which are located right on the Cotton Bay and open out directly to the beach. The entrance lobby opens up to a grand sitting area with a teak dining room and an eclectic blend of other furnishings from painted French furniture, modern metal designs and colonial Plantation styles, to traditional mahogany.
This living space is accentuated by high glazed vaulted ceilings and large glass sliding doors which open up to allow the cool North east trade winds to sweep through the house. Sitting rooms have TV, CD Sound system, DVD player and direct high speed internet access.
The sitting room opens onto a sun terrace, garden with a dining gazebo and private pool and whirlpool, offering guests perfect outdoor living. These villas are well suited for BBQ evenings around the pool, private cocktails or moon light dinners prepared by one of our Cotton Bay Village chefs. No need to worry your own personal Butler will look after all the details for you and your guests. The Chateaux Mango villa has three large bedrooms. The master bedroom and guest suite both open out onto the pool deck and garden terrace.
Both bedrooms are completed with traditional mahogany 4 poster bed. The en suite bathrooms are finished with marble tiles, double vanity and large powerful shower unit. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The 2nd bedroom is large enough to accommodate a cot or roll away bed for an additional child. All bedrooms have ample cupboard space with walk in closets. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and the master bedroom has
its own DVD player.
One of the special features of the master bathroom is the oversized shower with more than enough room for 2.

4 Bedroom Cotton House
The Signature Cotton Houses are built in a Grand colonial style and are the largest properties at Cotton Bay Village, accommodating up to 8 people. Some of these residences also come with an additional guest cottage which can accommodate an additional couple and is ideally suited to accommodate grandparents, teenagers, any extra guests, a nanny or a live in Butler.
The Cotton Houses two storey buildings with double vaulted ceilings set with a stunning chandelier. The first floor is accessed via a mahogany staircase to a Mezzanine gallery where three fine en-suite bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a spacious dressing room and bathroom and a large sun terrace. The master bedroom is beautifully finished with hardwood floor, traditional louvered door and sheers, to add a hint of Caribbean flavor.
The bedroom opens out onto its own private balcony and direct access to the large sun terrace. Bedroom is completed with traditional mahogany 4 poster bed. The terrace is designed to open up from the gallery, thereby doubling as a cocktail reception area while hosting guests before dinner or holding a house party. The 2 guest bedrooms are decorated with hardwood floors, king size beds with louvered windows and a separate writing desk. These bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom with single pedestal sink and shower unit. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screed TVs.
A large open plan drawing room sits below the gallery and a separate dining room opens out to an exterior sundeck, a garden with dining gazebo and swimming pool. The ground floor also has an en-suite twin guest bedroom, kitchen, laundry and pantry. The large kitchen is beautifully appointed featuring a central preparation marble table. A special feature of the Cotton House is air conditioned family room with large screen TV, DVD player and entertainment system. Cotton Houses also come staffed with a private butler who is available at your convenience and will prepare breakfast daily in your villa.

Cotton Bay does have Wi-Fi services around the confines of the Village. To connect your laptop in your residence, ask the Butler or the Visitor Centre and they will get the connection made at the cost of US$15.00 per day unlimited.

All of the Villas and the Townhouses have their own private pools. The Apartments surround a giant freeform pool and sundeck.
