Royal Villas - One of the most recent additions to Royal Westmoreland, superb three bedroom detached properties, some with plunge pools. They feature landscaped gardens, high vaulted ceilings, quality furnishings, air conditioning and partially covered terraces with lovely views.
Cassia Heights - Adjacent to the Clubhouse and overlooking the lake. These two bedroom townhouses are built in a typical Caribbean style close to the Clubhouse and Sanctuary. The properties feature a stunning mezzanine dining area and kitchen, a beautifully furnished lounge, a private patio and panoramic views of the resort or ocean.
Forest Hills – Located by the entrance of the resort. The development offers two and three bedroom townhouses which feature large open plan lounges with adjoining kitchens, en-suite bedrooms, air conditioning, panoramic views over the resort to the sea and a pool for the exclusive use of guests.
Palm Grove – Centrally located and overlooking the 14th fairway. The development consists of four bedroom villas furnished and finished to the highest standard. Each property is individually designed and offers living areas, office / study, large designer kitchen, breakfast area, en-suite bedrooms, pool and ample terraces for relaxation and dining.
Palm Ridge – North east of the clubhouse but in a central location. This development offers magnificent four bedroom villas, all en-suite, and high quality furnishings. The gardens are landscaped and include private pools and ample patio areas.
Coconut Grove - three, four and five bedroom detached houses with gardens and swimming pools. They are located within easy reach of the Sanctuary and Clubhouse.
