This exciting new development at Prospect is called Summerland and is from the developer who built the hugely successful Beacon Hill. The development consists of two buildings each housing 2 bedroom apartments as well as 3 or 4 bedroom penthouse suites. There are 2 buildings in the Summerland Development, one behind the other.
The report is situated just on the other side of the narrow coast road from one of the best beaches in St James. Holetown is a five minute to the north, Bridgetown, the capital of the island, is ten minutes drive to the south and the airport is approximately twenty five minutes drive from the development.
There is a communal pool and a Housekeeper/Laundress will be provided 6 days a week.
